Seitz Publishes Research in Psychology & Health
Dr. Holli Seitz recently co-authored an article published in the journal Psychology & Health. The article “Explaining the effects of a decision intervention on mammography intentions: The roles of worry, fear, and perceived susceptibility to breast cancer” examines the mechanism of action of a mammography decision aid and is an extension of her work with colleagues at the University of Pennsylvania. An earlier article in the journal Patient Education and Counseling (“Effects of a risk-based online mammography intervention on accuracy of perceived risk and mammography intentions“) presents the effects of the decision aid on perceived risk and mammography intentions.
